Here is a little background of how The Carpenter’s Cross got started and a little bit about myself. Over the last eight years, I have seen my share of good times and bad. I have seen God work miracles and do amazing things in my life. I have watched Jesus come beside me and walk with me through troubles, trials, and struggles. I am in awe of how much He loves me. God’s love, grace, strength, and faithfulness have helped mold me into the person I am today. We have all experienced those times when a situation presented itself that gave us the opportunity to share our faith with someone and what God has done in our lives. But then something happens. We freeze and the chance slowly slips away until the moment is gone. We stop and wonder for a few minutes, what went wrong? I know that a lot of times I struggled with getting the conversation started. I needed some help. I wanted people to know that I was a Christian. I especially wanted a way that I could talk with people about the Lord while we were driving in my truck. Well, let’s just say that the Lord gave me a unique and interesting way to get that conversation started. It’s called, The Carpenter’s Cross! I am currently working in the Veterans Administration as a Physical Therapist with a Masters Degree from Cleveland State University. This is my third degree and hopefully the last. I am married to an amazing and beautiful woman for over three years now. I am so thankful and blessed to have Missy in my life. So with my wife and two of the coolest dogs there are, Lucky and Blazer, the family is complete for now. Adam Wendt Owner The Carpenter’s Cross
